Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new store gets a 14-day free trial with everything switched on, and no card is needed to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan from Settings → Plan in your back office and pay securely with Razorpay. Your data stays exactly as you left it.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are per store per month and exclude 18% GST, which is added to your invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Move up as you grow, or down if you need to; the change applies from your next billing period.
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. The counter keeps billing offline and sends sales to the back office as soon as the connection returns.
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Every business gets its own isolated database and its own web address. Your data is never mixed with anyone else’s.
I already use Zoho Books. Will it work?
Yes. Connect your Zoho account and customers, items, invoices and payments sync across.
What hardware do I need?
